You can easily browse and search for products on Haroct’s marketplace using various filters such as product type, price, and location.

There is a minimum order of 30kg for each shipment from the one location.

There are no fees for buyers to browse or purchase products on Haroct’s platform. You pay only the applicable shipping fees from seller to your location.

Our shipping fees are based on factors such as distance, volume, type of product, and required logistics services (e.g., cold chain). Detailed quotes are provided upon request.

Payment is made through Haroct’s secure payment system. Funds are transferred to the seller’s e-wallet upon receipt confirmation.

Yes, you can communicate directly with sellers through our platform to negotiate prices.

Within 30km: You can choose to pick up the products or have them delivered via Haroct Logistics.

Beyond 30km: Products can be shipped via Haroct Logistics if they are within the servicing routes and areas. Please check the servicing routes on our website.

If the quality of the products that you received do not match with the description shown by the seller, you can request for a discount from the seller when confirm receiving the products through the platform.

If the seller allows discount requested, you shall only pay for the product\’s post discount amount.

If the seller does not allow discount, you are encouraged to place a rating and feedback on his page.
