Haroct Logistics offers two types of services: Point-to-Point Services: Pre-determined routes and service areas for shipments. The minimum order quantity is 30kg. For service fees, please contact our customer service. On-Demand Services: Exclusive delivery services for agricultural products with a minimum order quantity of 500kg within selected areas. For service fees, please contact our customer service.
We use various modes of transportation, including cargo trucks, cold chain trucks, and pickups, depending on the distance, volume, and nature of the products.

In case of delays, we promptly communicate with our clients, providing updates and new estimated delivery times.

Payment for the shipping fee will be deducted from the buyer’s e-wallet upon the completion of the delivery.
