How is payment made for my sale?

Payment is transferred to your Haroct e-wallet immediately upon receipt confirmation by the buyer.

If a buyer interested to buy my product through Haroct, how do I ship my products to the buyer?

If the buyer is within 30km of your location, then can pick up the product or you can deliver using Haroct Logistics.

If the buyer is outside 30km radius, you can ship the product via Haroct Logistic if it within the servicing routes and areas. For servicing routes, please check our logistics section on the platform.

What happens if my product is damaged during transportation by Haroct Logistics?

If it proven that the product was damaged due to Haroct Logistics' handling, we will reimburse your for the specified damage.
