HAROCT's mission is to change the way of traditional farming works. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by farmers in reaching larger markets and selling their products, we are providing an online platform to connect farmers with a vast network of potential buyers. Everyone is able to sell their products and buy what they need through a user-friendly application. This application has a buyer page and a seller page for its users. Users are able to change it on the home page accordingly to buy or sell their products. Look below to learn more about how the application works.
To login into HAROCT, you have to:1. Enter your phone number.2. Click the 'Send OTP' button.3. Receive a one-time password (OTP) through SMS.4. Fill in the received OTP.5. Click the 'Sign-in / Auto-Register' button.6. Gain access to the application.7. If the entered phone number is not registered:    o Clicking the 'Send OTP' button will take you to a registration page.    o Follow the registration process to create a new account.
To create an account, you have to:1. Enter your phone number.2. If the phone number is not registered to HAROCT:    o Click the 'Send OTP' button.    o Prompted to enter full name as NRIC and received one-time password (OTP) via SMS.    o Select the default page (Seller page or Buyer page) for the application.    o Click the 'Sign-in / Auto-Register' button.3. If the phone number is already registered to HAROCT:    o It will redirect you to the login page.
What Buyer Page does:• Contains a search bar, contact support button, and cart button at the top.• The search bar allows you to search for available products.• The contact support button redirects you to WhatsApp with the staff's phone number for support.• The 'Sell' button redirects you to the Seller page.• The bottom part has a navigation menu with the following options:    o Home: Redirects you to the home page.    o Post: Takes you to the General Post page for creating listings or making posts.    o Chat: Redirects you to the chat page for communication.    o Account: Takes you to the account page for managing your account settings.
What Seller Page does:• Displays the products you are currently selling, pending products, and previously sold products.• Shows the total number of deals you have completed and the total earnings from using the application.• The top part of the page includes your name and a 'Shop' button.    o Clicking the 'Shop' button redirects you to the shop page for managing your products.• There is a 'Buy' button located at the top right of the page.    o Clicking the 'Buy' button redirects you to the Buyer page for purchasing products.• The bottom part of the page has a navigation menu with the following options:    o Home: Redirects you to the home page.    o Market: Takes you to the market page.    o Post: Redirects you to the General Post page for creating listings or making posts.    o Chat: Takes you to the chat page for communication.    o Account: Redirects you to the account page for managing your account settings.
What Shop Page does:• Accessed by clicking the 'Shop' button on the Seller page.• Buyers can also visit other Seller's Shop page by clicking the 'Store' button on the Product page.• Allows sellers to check their latest products and the most popular products.• Sellers can add new products to their shop from this page.• Provides options to share the Shop page with others by clicking the three dots on the top right of the page.• As a buyer, you can reach the seller by clicking the 'Call' button or the 'Chat' button on the page.
What General Post Page does:• Accessed by clicking the 'Post' button on the navigation menu of the Seller page or the 'Add Product' button on the Shop page.• Sellers can post their products on this page.• To post a product:    o Select the product you want to sell.    o Choose to use the default picture or upload your own product picture.    o Change the location of the product.    o Set the price and other specifications by clicking the 'Specifications & Size' button.    o Specify the stock availability and whether to show the product online with 'Yes' or 'No' options.
