    Haroct provides a seamless shipping experience through partnerships with reliable logistics providers. Sellers can opt for Haroct-registered logistics or self-arranged shipping based on their preferences and operational needs.
  2. Shipping Fees
    • Haroct-Registered Shipping: The platform calculates shipping fees automatically based on the package's weight, dimensions, and destination. The buyer sees the final shipping cost at checkout.
    • Self-Arranged Shipping: Sellers are responsible for determining shipping fees and ensuring the rates are displayed accurately on their product listings.
  1. Supported Logistics Partners
    Haroct collaborates with leading logistics providers to offer fast and secure deliveries. Buyers can select their preferred logistics partner during checkout, where available.
  2. Estimated Delivery Time
    Estimated delivery timelines are shown during checkout. Haroct works to ensure prompt order processing and shipping, but external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical challenges may affect delivery times.
  3. Tracking and Updates
    For orders shipped via Haroct’s registered logistics partners, tracking details will be available in the app. Buyers can monitor their shipment’s status directly on Haroct's platform for convenience.
  4. Responsibilities
  • Sellers: Must package and ship orders within the stated handling time and update the shipping status promptly.
  • Buyers: Should provide accurate delivery addresses and confirm receipt of items within the app once the package is delivered.
  1. Failed Delivery and Returns
    If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses or buyer unavailability, the package will be returned to the seller. Buyers may incur additional charges for re-shipping.
  2. Restrictions
    Haroct prohibits the shipping of illegal items, hazardous goods, and products not in compliance with local regulations. Sellers are responsible for ensuring the legality of items shipped.
  3. Support
    For any shipping-related inquiries or disputes, both buyers and sellers can reach out to Haroct’s customer support team via the in-app help center.
  4. Policy Updates
    This shipping policy is subject to periodic updates. Users are advised to review the policy regularly for changes that may affect their transactions.
